Welcome to Select a PT! We service the Online Physical Therapy Industry, by providing a location service for Physician's Offices and patients. Need to renew your listing? Scroll down to the bottom of this page to see the instructions for how to renew your listing.
To be able to add a listing to our site you need to first register. Registration is easy and free. Please read our terms and conditions to ensure that you meet our requirements prior to registering on our site.
IMPORTANT - until June 2012 we are offering a free listing plan for up to 10 office locations. All features below are included!
Standard Listing
We offer a base rate, for a standard listing at $59.95 (6 months) semi-annually or $89.95 (12 months) annually. Free for your first 12 months. Which includes the below features.
Features included:
- Your facility name.
- Your facility address.
- Your facility logo or photo of your facility -You will be given the option of uploading your logo upon registration. * Please do not upload images over 2mb (600x600) or the system will not accept it.
- A description of your facility
- Your phone and fax number.
- Your facility's website address
- Your facility specialties -You will be given the opportunity to choose the specialties that are performed at your facility.
- Spam protected contact us page -This page will allow users to contact you using a spam protected platform.
- Rating and review page - Patients will use this page in order to provide you with feedback on their experience at your facility.
- Google location map - The location of your office appears on the bottom of your listing and automatically generates your location based on your physical address. This only works with one location. If you have multiply locations you may want to contact us about our additional locations fee.
Instructions on how add an office listing:
- Go to www.selectapt.com and login with your username and password
- Once logged in, navigate to the main specialty for your physical therapy office (use the PT listings from the top menu and click on the main specialty your want your office to be listed in).
- On the top left is a button that will say "add your office here"
- **Note - you can add your listing to more specialties that your office has a therapist licensed to support the additional specialty. You do not need to create multiple listing for the same address just add your office location to multiple specialties.
- Then fill in the the details of your office
- ***VERY IMPORTANT *** Make sure to press the "locate in map" button above the Google map to ensure you can be found by prospective patients when they do their searches
- Add an image is you like * Please do not upload images over 2mb (600x600) or the system will not accept it.
- Then click submit!
Instructions on how to renew your subscription:
- Go to www.selectapt.com and login with your username and password
- Once logged in, click the "my subscriptions" option on the left.
- Choose a plan that suits your needs, please make sure you choose a plan that covers all the number of listings you want to display. Click on the free button to setup your Free subscription plan.
- Follow the checkout process to finalize payment for your chosen plan Finalize the subscription so your account can be active.
- That's it!
