How to add or Renew a PT Listing PDF Print E-mail

Welcome to Select a PT!  We service the Online Physical Therapy Industry, by providing a location service for Physician's Offices and patients.  Below we have outlined what your listing may look like and fee's involved.  Please note that the Physical Therapy Office used below is purely fictitious and has been used to accurately diagram our listing presentation and fee structure. To be able to add a listing to our site you need to first register. Registration is easy and free. Please read our terms and conditions to ensure that you meet our requirements prior to registering on our site.

Standard Listing

We offer a base rate, for a standard listing at $59.95 (6 months) semi-annually.  Which includes the below features.

Features included in the $59.95 (6 months) semi-annual listing:

1. Your facility name.

2. Your facility address.

3. Your facility logo or photo of your facility -You will be given the option of uploading your logo upon registration. * Please do not upload images over 2mb (600x600) or the system will not accept it.

4. A description of your facility

5. Your phone and fax number.

6. Your facility's website address

7. Your facility specialties -You will be given the opportunity to click on the specialties that are performed at your facility.

8. Spam protected contact us page -This page will allow users to contact you using a spam protected platform.

9. Rating and review page - Patients will use this page in order to provide you with feedback on their experience at your facility.

10.  Google location map - The location of your office appears on the bottom of your listing and automatically generates your location based on your physical address.  This only works with one location. If you have multiply locations you may want to contact us about our additional locations fee.

Instructions on how to renew a listing:

1. Go to www.selectapt.com and login with your username and password

2 once logged in, click the "edit my listing" option on the left.

3. Next you will see the option to edit your listing. Click on edit.

4. Next you will see your listing. Scroll down to the bottom of your listing and click to accept the Select A PT terms

5. Click Send

6. At the top of the page that comes up after you clicked send, you will see an option to renew your subscription link. Click on this link and it will direct you to pay for the renewal.

7. That's it!
